Since I've had my storage unit here it has been broken into twice and flooded! My property was stolen and what wasn't taken got ruined. The most the owners ever did was send me notice by mail (so it took a few days to get to me) that my unit's lock "was found on the ground" and should be replaced and when I informed them about the flooding they quickly got defensive saying that they weren't liable for anything. Even through all of that I stuck with them because honestly I couldn't afford any place else. I moved and their monthly bills took awhile to make it to my new place so when I finally got one and went to pay they tell me that I can't pay by check because the bill is past due and need to give them over $190 cash! I just can't believe after everything I went through with their storage facility AND remained a customer they couldn't just cash my check but no, they had to wait a month to inform me of this and then charge me more!
