Why didn't the manager come out and explain to us why they were out of two products they should always have instead of sending the Carhop, I'm sure it wasn't his fault they were out.
Got order wrong. Shorted my change $6.00. Had already left and didn't go back. Need to use registers or machines to tell workers exactly what correct change they should be giving back.
This Sonic needs to be run better, first they need more Carhops, we should not have to wait 20 minutes for drink orders when they were not that busy then not get what we want. Second they need to make sure they have all their products. NOT GOOD.
How can you be out of Dr. Pepper and regular Coke at 2:20 in the afternoon? We ordered Dr. Pepper along with some other drinks and when it came out it was practically pure soda water, you could tell because it was so light, but they brought it anyway. We asked the Carhop to bring us another one after they changed the tank. The Carhop went back in then came back out and told us they were out of Dr. Pepper and asked us what else we would like to order so we ordered regular Coke. He went back in and promptly came back out and said they were out of regular Coke...REALLY!!!!!...You're out of regular Coke?!?!?!? We ended up ordering Sprite, not really what we wanted. The Carhop was very nice and very apologetic.
Food is good. Drinks are great. Only eat here if you have plenty of time to wait.
Very clean and I love the foot long chili dog with onions can't be beat!
