Absolutely abysmal service.
Nice people, but so slow. Always seems only one person at the counter and a line stretching to the door. Place on waiting at least a half hour if you need to go inside to do anything. Now that are having a serious issue with keeping various denominations of postage in stock. Hard to believe there would be a shortage on $1 stamps but seems only one person can order stock and when that person is off on vacation, they have to just do without.
Horrible. They employ the laziest carriers I've ever seen. They never ring the doorbell or knock. If a package is over a cubic foot or 10 pounds they refuse delivery and make me drive 15 miles to pick it up at the office. Today they carried a package of leaking paint (which was crushed) across my driveway and yard and then just put it on my concrete porch to leak and seep into the concrete. There is NO WAY the carrier didn't notice it leaking prior to putting it on the porch as there is a trail of paint leading to the house. And, again, they didn't even ring the bell or knock so I could maybe prevent it from leaking so much on my porch.
