I called needing to make an appointment and was directed to the walk-in instead. If it was urgent enough to go to the walk-in clinic then I would have made it my first choice. But it wasn't, so I tried to make an appointment to see a doctor at the health department instead. I'm very disappointed with this, and therefore am giving this a one star review. And before I forget, if your sign says "accepting new patients" then instead of turning people down like an complete moron, try accepting them. Have a lovely day.
Looking for help for what appears to be a case of respiratory illness...human and animals @ residence in Woodlawn area
Was directed to the Walton county health department after my insurance wouldn't cover my 2 month olds shots at her regular Dr. I was nervous about going to a health department due to they are usually dirty and completely sketchy with a staff that does not care. Not at all the case here. This place is clean, friendly, and extremely caring. No other Dr office in the area has been so wonderful and that's speaking all the way to Pensacola. I would recommend this office to anyone. Also i do have private insurance and being new to the area from jacksonville this was the best Dr office experience I've had since relocation.
