The short version of my story is I called to try and change the time of my delivery the day before, I was told it wasn't possible so I took off work and waited during the 4 hr window for the delivery truck. The delivery drivers never came. After calling and inquiring about the delivery I found out the woman I spoke to the day before took me off the delivery schedule. After getting extremely upset I got a call from the store manager, whom I believe when above and beyond to resolve my issue. He scheduled our delivery for the following day that best suited my schedule. The sofa we ordered ended up being delivered damaged (not on him or the delivery guys) and he ordered us a second one, when that one showed up at his warehouse damaged he offered us an additional credit to the delivery credit we already received from the first cancelled delivery. The store manager made every attempt at ever point to make sure I was happy and that I was a satisfied customer. I will shop here again, because of him and his customer service.

Fantastic customer service! Had a chair and couch that was damaged after a little less than a year and it wasn't able to be repaired so they replaced it with a couch and chair of equal value with no issues. I highly recommend getting their protect it plan on anything you buy to save you any hassle. Not that you'll get any from their manager. He's willing to do what's possible to make it right for the customer and that's always a plus!
