Well, when you buy a business you are aware of the assets AND liabilities, if you don't ask then you're a fool. The young man running the register delivered the verdict after asking his mommy who was hiding in the back, she obviously isn't inclined to do her own dirty-work. So I'm out $52.18 of paperbacks I brought in that the gift certificate represented, they are out very long-term customer. It's not the same store that it used to be, avoid this place if integrity is important to you...
